Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) published an analysis on the experience of cooperation between the civil sector and state institutions and bodies in the process of European integration in Montenegro, Croatia and Serbia, with a set of recommendations for improving the mechanisms of cooperation and dialogue in these countries.
CEDEM conducted a comparative analysis of the experience of the civil sector and state institutions and bodies in the project "Education and Dialogue to the EU" which is financially supported by the Ministry of Public Administration and in cooperation with distinguished professors of the University of Montenegro, the University of Zagreb and the University of Belgrade with the aim of promoting synergy, cross-sectoral cooperation and dialogue between the civil sector and state institutions and bodies, but also to develop new models of consultation and cooperation in specific areas.
The publication is an analysis of the institutional, legislative and social framework of the cooperation of the three countries with the civil sector, which contains guidelines for increasing the democratic capacities of institutions, respectively the democratization of society in general.
