The Center for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) has published the publication "A guide to Article 3 of the European Convention on Human Rights - Prohibition of Torture, Inhuman or Degrading Treatment or Punishment", which is intended for legal practitioners and is part of the project "For the Prohibition of Torture and Inhuman Behavior - peremptory norms in the practice of the Montenegrin legal order", implemented by Cedem with the financial support of the Ministry of Justice.
