CEDEM in partnership with the Montenegrin Women's Lobby organized second training with a view to strengthening the capacity of institutions to identify victims of trafficking, with a special focus on children. The training, held on 6/7th February in Budva, was carried out within the project Working Together to Support victims of trafficking, child begging and forced marriages, funded by the Canadian Embassy in Belgrade.
The aim of the training was to contribute to strengthening the capacity of key institutions for better recognition and treatment of victims of trafficking, particularly of children and juveniles enjoying special protection. In addition to representatives of CEDEM and Lobby, the training was attended by representatives of NGO Atina from Belgrade. They introduced participants with mechanisms for combating trafficking in Serbia and presented comparative experiences and practices in this field.
