CEDEM and Montenegrin Women's Lobby organized a press conference to present the results of the project Working Together to Support victims of human trafficking, child begging and forced marriages funded by the Canada Embassy in Belgrade.
The aim of the project is strengthening the capacity of institutions for treatment of victims of human trafficking. Within the project, two trainings for representatives of institutions were organized, a Manual for employees in the social and law enforcement agencies prepared and workshops for members of marginalized groups, with a special focus on the Roma and Egyptian communities organized. In addition, a focus group with representatives of institutions involved in the fight against trafficking was conducted.
