With support of the International Visegrad Fund, Polish Institute of International Relations and partners from Montenegro: Centre for Democracy ii Human Rights (CEDEM), Institute Alternative (IA) and the Center for Monitoring and Research (CEMI) organized a panel discussion on "Civil Society and negotiations in Chapters 23 and 24".
Discussion was aimed on presenting the report: "Civil society and the European integration process in the Western Balkans". The report has been prepared by 20 experts from civil society in the Western Balkans, who are directly involved in the negotiation process.
