CEDEM has recently became an organizational member of the International Network for Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ESCR-Net). The Network functions as a platform for solidarity, mutual learning and collective work to make human rights, especially economic, social and cultural ones, a reality for all.
It gathers over 200 members in more than 70 countries with the main mission of working to secure economic and social justice through human rights. For the last eight years, the network members have worked for the adoption, ratification and promotion of the OP-ICESCR around the world.
