Centre for Democracy and Human Rights (CEDEM) in cooperation with the AIRE Centre from London, organized a presentation of four policy papers concerning the right to an effective remedy, the right to privacy, legal capacity of persons with intellectual disabilities and the right to public pronouncement of judgments.
Publications have been prepared by CEDEM's Rule of Law Department in cooperation with AIRE Centre experts, with support of the British embassy in Montenegro and the Open Society Foundation, through Think Tank Fund. This project represents a part of the multi-year program implemented by CEDEM and AIRE Centre in order to contribute to establishing the rule of law and ensuring equal access to justice for all citizens of Montenegro.
